FAQ & Delivery
Please note our delivery times vary as per the product description page you purchased from.
Items will normally ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order.
If you live in Australia, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-7 business days*, sometimes sooner if the vendor is also based in Australia. (It will have said this on the product page)
If the item is hand-made, or coming from overseas, you can expect a longer delivery time of 2-4 weeks approximately (please check the delivery note on the product page for details).
If it’s been a while, or you’ve ordered more than one item but they haven’t all arrived after the timeframe indicated, please contact our customer support team, who will be waiting avidly for your email. There email once again is firstname.lastname@example.org or click on contact us and reference your Order ID Number.
Where's my order?
We bring together lots of independent sellers from around Australia and overseas. Because their products are all different (which is why you chose to shop with us – good call), and being shipped from different places, they may not all take the same time to reach you. Plus personalisation and international delivery can often add extra time on top.
Alternatively please contact our customer support team, who will be waiting avidly for your email at email@example.com or click on contact us and reference your Order ID Number.
How long will it be until I receive my order?
The item’s product page is your friend here. Sign in to our site and go to 'my orders' or check your email confirmation. Click on the order you’d like to check on, click on the name of the item and boom! You’re there. You’ll find the delivery details – including the estimated time frame – beside the product description.
I have only received one part of my order – where’s the rest?
Because our vendors send items to you themselves, rather than through our office (as we don't have a stock warehouse), parcels from different vendors will arrive separately. To get an idea of when you can expect your order, take a look at the delivery information within the product page of the product you ordered.
Why am I receiving multiple parcels if I only placed one order?
We bring lots of independent vendors together online, so you have one easy place to buy from them all ; what we don’t have: a warehouse and logistics. You do the buying through our site, then we pass your order onto each vendor to make and ship to you themselves. And on the plus-side, it means extra days when you’re looking forward to getting more than bills through the letterbox.
Packaging is No Frills
We're able to provide great value and free shipping on all of our products by keeping packaging minimal and not too fancy. Expect it to come 'no frills' to enable us to provide free shipping to all our worldwide customers.
Where do our sellers ship from?
From wherever our vendors are, be that a Byron Bay studio, sleepy country town or...Libya. And several places in between. We show where every item will be shipped from on its product page, plus include estimated delivery details beside the product description.
